-Payments by Paypal:
For your convenience, WealthyTables by David Alexandre Inc. accepts payments through Paypal
( American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery ). We also accept personal checks and money
orders.
-For payments made by check or money order:
Your order will not be completed until your check has been received, processed and has cleared.
This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your personal check is received.
Orders paid for by certified check or money order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Returned checks will subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Delays:
Except for items in stock, delivery delays may vary between 4 to 10 weeks from the moment order is
completed, and can take up to 16 weeks for Christofle.
Items in stock are usually shipped within 5 business days of completing order.
Some special products can take longer to obtain. We will inform you of those delays at the moment of
your order.
Shipping charges:
All our products are shipped from Greenwich, CT via UPS ground.
Shipping is free for orders over $ 150.00 for the continental United States.
Shipping charges for orders of $ 150.00 or less are $ 12.00 for the continental United States.
Please contact us for overseas delivery and over night services.
SALES TAX:
We do not collect sales tax on item purchased, except for deliveries within Connecticut. Connecticut
delivery are subject to 6% state sales tax which is calculated at check out.
PRODUCT PRICE AND DESCRIPTION:
Although we take every measure to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and
pricing, errors can appear. We cannot held responsible for any misrepresentations or errors that may
appear on the site.
Furthermore, colors may vary from monitor to monitor and may not display accurately on your screen.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please note that every product is thoroughly checked for defects and damage before shipping by two of
our expert agents.
Nevertheless, in the event that your product is defective or was damaged in transit, please call us or
email immediately for instructions concerning the procedure to follow.
Damage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of shipment date.
No claim will be accepted if not made within 3 days following delivery product.
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING:
If you feel your order is taking an usual long time to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us to
enquire.
On demand, we will gladly provide you with UPS tracking number, once your order has been shipped.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because all our products are special order, payment is required at the moment you place your order, so
we can place the order on you behalf. Once we order the items, we are unable to cancel. We therefore
consider your payment as a " 100% non refundable deposit ".
